These custom interiors by Reidar Wahl include one-of-kind handcrafted furniture pieces as well as cabintes, wall coverings, staircases, doors and window treatments. Reidar employs handhewn surfaces, patina finishes, distress finishes, weathered finishes, rosemaling, and milk paint. Materials he uses include pine, barnwood, log and pierced tin to acheive affects that resemble many old-world styles such as Pensylvanian dutch, country kitchen, log cabin, scandanavian heritage, farmhouse and northern european folk art. His furniture pieces and interiors have populated the alpine ski towns interiors and lodges in such towns as Telluride, Aspen and Vail Colorado as well as Idaho and Wyoming.
